Complete guide to setting up and using your ROKE eSIM
Installation Guide
Android
Open Settings
You can usually find it by tapping on the gear icon in your app drawer.
Find "Network & Internet"
Scroll down and look for the "Network & Internet" or "Connections" option in the Settings menu. Tap on it to proceed.
Select "Mobile Network or SIMs"
Look for "Mobile Network" or "SIM cards" and tap on it to access SIM management options.
Add an eSIM
Under the "SIM cards" or "Mobile network" menu, you should see an option to add an eSIM. Tap on it, and then follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code provided by your carrier or enter the activation code manually.
Scan QR Code
If you have a QR code, position your device's camera to scan it. If not, enter the details (such as activation code) manually.
Confirm and Activate
Once you've scanned the QR code or entered the details, your device will begin the activation process for the eSIM. Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm and activate the eSIM.
Set default line (if applicable)
If you have both a Physical SIM card and an eSIM installed, you may be prompted to choose a default line for voice and data. Select your preference accordingly.
Switch on "Data Roaming"
Switch on data roaming to enjoy the benefits of eSIM.
iOS (Apple)
Open Settings
Unlock your iOS device and navigate to the home screen. Look for the Settings app, which has a gear icon and tap on it to open.
Find "Cellular" or "Mobile Data"
In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap on "Cellular" or "Mobile Data", depending on your iOS version and region.
Tap on "Add Cellular Plan"
Under the Cellular or Mobile Data menu, you should see an option labelled "Add Cellular Plan". Tap on it to proceed.
Scan QR code or enter details manually
You'll be prompted to either scan a QR code provided by your carrier or enter the details manually. If you have a QR code, position your device's camera to scan it. If not, enter the details (such as activation code) manually.
Confirm and Activate
Once you've scanned the QR code or entered the details, your device will begin the activation process for the eSIM. Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm and activate the eSIM.

Troubleshooting
eSIM not showing up?
Make sure your device supports eSIM functionality and that you're running the latest software version.
QR code not scanning?
Ensure good lighting and that the QR code is clearly visible. Try cleaning your camera lens.
Activation failed?
Double-check the activation code or QR code. Contact your carrier if the issue persists.
No data connection?
Try restarting your device and ensure data roaming is enabled if you're traveling.
